Bellevue luxury real estate benefits from location, or better, locations. Some homes are secluded and nestled among trees, others offer glorious views of the mountains east and west, and the most prized are located at the water’s edge of Lake Washington.
To locate our new luxury home construction, we took to the air. The views from the airplane show the location of the home in relationship to downtown Bellevue, West Bellevue, the Cascades, Mount Rainier, and easterly to Seattle, the Puget Sound, and the Olympic Mountains. Collectively, these views explain what makes the Pacific Northwest so beautiful.
Less than a mile away is our latest Bellevue luxury real estate project, a 6,500-square-foot-home.

Closer to the ground level
The “home on top of the hill” is located half a mile from Old Bellevue’s Main Street. On the way to Meydenbauer Bay, a southward turn on 101st Ave SE leads to 100th Ave SE which steadily climbs uphill. At the end of the road, there is only one way to go. Beyond the gate, the driveway ascends to a new Bellevue luxury home and a brand new address.

We don’t design homes and then look for a suitable location. We scout for the location that inspires us to build the perfect home for it.
The 21,000-square-foot piece of land with a neglected 1950s rambler looked like the ideal place for a large-scale urban retreat. We confirmed this when we looked at the land from the air. We called this example of Bellevue luxury real estate “The Nest” and began to design a home deserving of the name and the location.
