When the luxury lifestyle is your way of living.
This home takes the Bellevue luxury lifestyle to another level.
One definition of luxury is something magnificent. That attribute applies to the views from this Bellevue home. Another definition is grandness, a word that fits the size of the home and the land.
A third definition is the word comfort. One comfort of this home is the proximity to Bellevue’s main street. Another is the privacy the location of this home affords. Most important though is that this Bellevue luxury home, despite its size, feels comfortable.
One reason for this is the interior view that presents one upon entry on the first floor. The staircase leads the eye to the second floor while straight ahead the depth of view invites exploration. Immediate and to the right – past a niche and behind double doors – lies what could be labeled the family room. The fireplace suggests this is the place to gather for some quiet reading. The size of the room makes it ideal as an indoor playground. More so because the activities can easily spill out onto the covered patio.

The Family Room
That covered patio, we discover, stretches the entire length of the first floor with access to all three rooms from the outside. The other two rooms are bedrooms but one of them can easily be used as an office as the staging implies.
Bellevue Luxury lifestyle on three floors
One floor above – we can get there three ways, taking the front or backstairs or the elevator – there is another room that invites different activities. Today’s media room is more than a home theater. The soundproof environment also allows for playing the most action-filled noisy video games, practice a musical instrument away form prying ears, or conduct a serious business conference via Zoom.

The Media Room
The media room is not just for movies.
Yes, there is an elevator, and it is not a toy.
If you are in good health and able to climb the stairs, by all means, use the stairs. In fact, use the back stairs often just to add to your daily Fitbit step count.
But once in a while, the elevator is the way to go. When you come home loaded with the weekly grocery loot, when you need to transport the full laundry basket, some furniture or heavy suitcases, or when you are injured or simply unable to climb stairs any longer. The elevator has a 1,000 lbs capacity.
The Elevator
The elevator is conveniently located close to the garage, the “Costco”-size storage room, the laundry room, and the extra storage underneath the stairs. Take a look at the virtual tour to explore the exact location and experience the Bellevue luxury lifestyle.
Sometimes, luxury is the little things
Sometimes the little luxury things are only barely visible, such as the devices on each floor that provide seamless uninterrupted internet access. Luxury can be completely hidden, such as is air duct constructs that make for noiseless movement of the air throughout the home. Another way to find hidden luxury is via a smartphone from which you control the twelve zones of irrigation for your nearly half an acre of land. And you don’t have to be at home to do that.
This is luxury that can’t be seen but it can be felt. Watch how the kitchen cabinets open and close to a mere touch.

Our new project for the Bellevue luxury lifestyle
We are close to completing our next luxury construction project in Bellevue.
Perfectly Placed
Like the 989 100th Avenue luxury home, the real estate adage location, location, location, tells only half the story. The other half is to design and build the one home that suits the location perfectly. We begin to scout the location that inspires us to build the perfect home for it.
That’s how we identified this 21,000-square-foot piece of land with a neglected 1950s rambler; we saw that it would be the ideal place for a large-scale urban retreat. We confirmed this when we looked at the land from the air.
Naturally, we called it “The Nest” and began to design a Bellevue luxury home deserving of the name and the location.
Thoughtfully Designed
With the image of a nest, the architect determined the home’s overall dimensions and placement on the land. The exclusivity of the Bellevue neighborhood and the presence of adjacent newer homes called for an expansive home.
Intelligently Equipped
The two forces driving intelligent home design are technological progress and environmental considerations, the latter of which is manifest in new laws and regulations.
We comply with these rules by balancing compliance with the current status and anticipating future developments.
As evidence, you need to look no further than the three power sources at your disposal: electricity, natural gas, and solar.
Beautifully Appointed
Some objects, such as sailboats or windmills, are beautiful because their forms express their functions. We consider other objects, such as cars, furniture, or buildings, beautiful because they exemplify a time period.
With these observations in mind, we designed and built this Bellevue urban retreat. On the outside, the home reflects the contemporary style of the Pacific Northwest and The Nest’s bucolic setting. The calm of the outdoors extends to the home’s interior.
The Bellevue Luxury Team invites you to see The Nest, serving the Bellevue luxury lifestyle, scheduled for completion in July 2024.
