At a glance
Rare for a residence, this Bellevue luxury home sports three stories. There are two sets of stairs and an elevator for easy access.
The home’s design meets the demands for the flexible use of space. It avoids the ostentatious display of one room at the expense of others. The layout of the 5,600 square foot home allocates the space in well-proportioned rooms and places. The distribution of the six bedrooms makes this evident. There are two on the first, one on the second and three on the third floor. The home’s heart is the second floor, where indoor and outdoor spaces connect fluently.

After preparing the 20,973 square foot site, the foundations were poured in May 2019. Since then the 5,600 square foot home has risen to three stories overlooking the city of Bellevue and the Cascades. The picture above shows the easterly view from the master bedroom on November 11, 2019. The pictures below capture the exterior and interior progress over time.
